Typically, the man on his knee proposes; the woman accepts. The period that follows is called the “engagement.” For the Make-Up Artist, this time is referred to as the “trial.” This is also the time when the Bride-to-Be frantically rushes about looking for the absolutely perfect gown, accessories, and perhaps, a wedding planner. Pleased with her accomplishments, she relaxes ever so slightly, and goes about her normal routine, and begins to count the days. Eventually, her (VBF) very best friend calls and asks,

“Who are you using as your Make-Up Artist?”

And that’s when the Bride-to-Be, with the almost perfectly planned wedding, realizes that she doesn't have a Make-Up Artist! Oops! A Very Big Oops indeed!

Cost of The Trial:

During the trial, Audra consults with the Bride and creates a customized look, to include Eyelash Application. Brides are encouraged to bring samples of their color scheme to better achieve that radiant look. A trial session at the salon costs $75 and takes about 45 minutes. Audra suggests scheduling a trail make-up session within 3 months of the wedding day. To cover the cost of travel, additional fees are incurred for trials at other locations.

And for such a memorable occasion, captured in countless photographs, Audra especially recommends Air-Brush Make-Up. However, if this Special Service isn't personally preferred, Audra guarantee’s that Brides will still be camera ready and picture perfect!

****Please note:
Once a Bride is completely satisfied with the trial and decides to book Audra The Make-Up Artist for her wedding day, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is necessary to secure the date in Audra’s calendar.

Day of The Wedding:

shoes and garter Audra or one of her associates arrives at the location of the wedding and charges:
$250 for the Bride (Plus additional fees for Special Services)
$150 for the Mother of the Bride
$150 for the Mother of the Groom
$100 for each Bridesmaid
$100 for the Maid or Matron of Honor

Oh, don’t forget about the special men in the wedding party as they
have skin too! Perhaps blemishes or dark circles need coverage,
or a tanner look may be preferred. (The prices for men’s make-up
varies.)

The Perfect Bride Package:

Audra or one of her associates remains for the entire event; approximately 8 hours. During this time, the Make-Up Artist follows the Bride, shadows the photographer, touching up make-up when necessary. This pampering experience doubly ensures that the Bride always looks her radiant wedding day best.
